- Business Bank statements and Credit Card statements to date
- All expense receipts for business debit and credit card transactions
- Utility and phone bills
- Invoices
- Loan payment and interest details
- Deposit book with details
- Vehicle expenses including insurance, lease, repairs, maintenance
- All documents from purchasing vehicles and equipment over $500.00
- All GST,PST, WCB information
- Corporation/partnership details
- TD1 forms for all employees
- All payroll information including advances, to date
- Subcontractors information & applicable WCB
- List of assets with their values
- Previous bookkeeping records (if applicable)
