Documents Checklist

Please provide me with the following documents in order to begin accurate and concise bookkeeping:

  • Business Bank statements and Credit Card statements  to date
  • All expense receipts for business debit and credit card transactions
  • Utility and phone bills
  • Invoices
  • Loan payment and interest details
  • Deposit book with details
  • Vehicle expenses including insurance, lease, repairs, maintenance
  • All documents from purchasing vehicles and equipment over $500.00
  • All GST,PST, WCB information
  • Corporation/partnership details
  • TD1 forms for all employees
  • All payroll information including advances, to date
  • Subcontractors information & applicable WCB
  • List of assets with their values
  • Previous bookkeeping records (if applicable)
